Kabsah Lamb – لحم كبسة

Product Description

Classic dish consisting of stewed lamb cooked
with rice infused with special Kabsa spices.

• Basmati Rice (55%), Lamb (32%), Water, Spices (Bay Leaves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Turmeric) (4%), Chicken Stock, Salt, Green Chili, Carrots, Onions (Holland).
  Contains Permitted Food Thickener (Maltodextrin, Cornflour), Flavor Enhancers (INS621, INS635), Palm Fat, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Permitted flavorings (contains Egg), and Silicon Dioxide.
• Squeeze pouch to separate rice and its accompanying ingredients. Place the unopened pouch in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Remove from boiling water, cut open the pouch, and transfer the rice and chicken mixture to a serving dish.
• Squeeze pouch to separate rice and its accompanying ingredients. Place the rice and meat mixture in a steaming bowl. Cover the bowl with a lid to trap the steam. Steam for about 10-15 minutes, then carefully transfer to a serving dish.
• Once opened, keep refrigerated. Use within 3 days. Do not consume if
  pouch is bloated or leaking.
